Every engagement begins with six weeks of strategy development. We do a deep dive into your current online presence and brand messaging, the competitive landscape, and your target audience. Then we create a detailed roadmap that lays out the public relations activities required to reach your goals. You are handed this roadmap, and then decide on engaging us for execution.

Phase I - Laying The Foundation
Conduct a Communications Analysis Session with questions designed to identify your organization’s communications strengths and weaknesses – i.e. what has been successful + what hasn’t worked?
Identify and refine your target audiences
Shepherd an audit of the website and social platforms and provide recommendations on how to streamline content and better position the organization with target audiences
Recommend enhancements to overall messaging platform to be utilized in PR efforts and to improve overall organizational communication (including pitch decks, etc.)
Develop target audience-specific messaging
Craft a roadmap needed to prepare for Phase II of a proactive media relations program
